While you wait here is a short list list of the most common questions:

Can my certificate of completion be emailed or faxed to me?

Unfortunately, NO. The DMV does not allow it. These are official coded DMV documents and we cannot fax or email them. It usually only takes a couple of business days to most anywhere in California for the certificate to reach you and your certificate is usually sent the same day you pass. You may want to check your address for correctness so your certificate is not delayed.

How do I get a replacement certificate?

You will have to order a replacement certificate if you supply an incorrect Shipping Address that causes your certificate to get lost in the mail, or supply an incorrect Name or Birthdate that is rejected by the DMV agent or Lose it. If your certificate has not arrived due to mail issues beyond our control you must CONTACT US within 30 days of passing the final test to receive assistance.
How to Order a Replacement
1. Login to this site. 2. Click My Certificate. 3. Click Order Replacement.
Providing you with a replacement certificate involves reporting the original certificate number to the DMV as invalid and issuing a new numbered document. There is a $10 administrative fee for this service and shipping will be included.

Do you provide a DMV practice tests?

YES - We supply the links to the DMV Practice Tests on our PERMIT Page. Many people do not realize they do not need to pay for a practice tests and that it is supplied at no cost by the DMV.

Can you help me find a behind-the-wheel driving school?

California is a Big State and we cannot review all of the Driving Schools to the point of being able to recommend them. No one company can monitor a driving school's reputation like the Department of Motor Vehicles can. We recommend you follow the list on "How to choose a Driving School" located at the bottom of our HOME page. There you will find the link and phone number of the DMV for checking on driving school's licence status. If you need to check on individual instructor's license you can call the DMV at (916) 229-3127.
